1. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can click on the link in the email or enter the tracking number on our Order Tracking Page.
2. I didn’t receive a tracking number. What should I do?
If you didn’t receive a tracking number within 24–48 hours of placing your order, check your spam/junk folder. If it’s not there, contact our Customer Support team at support@gearmag.net.
3. Where can I find my order status?
You can log in to your account on our website and view the status of your order under the “My Orders” section.
4. My tracking information isn’t updating. What does this mean?
Sometimes tracking updates are delayed by the carrier. Please wait 24–48 hours for the latest updates. If it’s been longer, contact us for assistance.
5. My order says it was delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
- Check with neighbors or household members who may have received the package.
- Look around your delivery area (porch, garage, back door, etc.).
- If you still can’t find your package, contact the carrier with your tracking number for details.
